Strawberry Gum wild harvested from the rainforests of Northern New South Wales, hand milled by us perfectly blended with the sweet elderflower, this brew has a mild strawberry and eucalyptus flavour with a strong strawberry aroma. Davidson Plum and Lemon Myrtle Brew Bags
Davidson Plum wild harvested and farmed in the rainforests of Northern New South Wales and Lemon Myrtle wild harvested from the Flinders Ranges, this brew is has hints of stewed rhubarb, citrus and has a beautiful pink colour when brewed. The Davidson plum is renowned for its high levels of antioxidants. All of our brew bags are hand filled to ensure a perfect balance of Native Australian flavours
Wattleseed Balsamic Vinegar
Made using wild harvested wattleseed from the Flinders Ranges, this balsamic champions the nutty, coffee and chocolate flavours of the wattleseed. Perfect mixed with our oils as a delightful salad dressing, great in baking or drizzled over fruits and ice cream. Wattleseed is a traditional source of carbohydrates and protein, potassium, calcium, iron and zinc.
South Australian extra virgin olive oil, infused with wild harvested and Outback Pride grown Old Man Saltbush. A perfect dressing on its own or mixed with our wattleseed balsamic. Wonderful drizzled on seafood and lamb before roasting or over roasted vegetables. Saltbush contains a range of minerals, including calcium and magnesium, antioxidants, Vitamin E and is high in protein.
Native Thyme Oil
South Australian extra virgin olive oil, infused with Outback Pride grown Native Thyme. A perfect dressing on its own or mixed with our wattleseed balsamic. Wonderful drizzled on meats before roasting or over roasted vegetables.
