Orders and Payments

Our online store offers paypal and credit card payment options at checkout. 

We have a large range of products in store - if something is sold out online, please contact us as we may have one instore or can advise when the item/s will be restocked.

If there are any inventory issues with your order we will contact you directly to discuss the options available to you. 

Shipping

We use Australia Post for all shipping and aim to pack and ship your order within 3 - 5 working days. We send all of our large packages with tracking and you will receive a notification from us when your item has been shipped along with the tracking number so you can track you item's progress. 

Australia Post shipping times can vary depending on delivery locations and current events and once your item is shipped it's in the hands of Aust Post and the shipping gods. We'll do our best to keep you updated if things go awry! 

Order and Collection Option

We offer an 'instore pickup' option for all online orders if you're keen to secure an item or are in a hurry.

Please advise if you would like the item gift wrapped and we'll have it ready for you, we love making pressies pretty for you! 

We will notify you via email our opening times and when your order is ready for collection.

Return Policy

Please choose your order carefully because we do not provide refunds if you change your mind, but we can offer an exchange or store credit. 

In the unlikely event of a faulty product being supplied, please contact us within 48 hours and we will organise a replacement or refund. 

Please contact us if you need to arrange a return and we'll assist you with the process.
